My old mower broke down and I just purchased this from Walmart and couldn't find a good video. I almost didn't even watch this one until I read your comment. I got mine today and it works as advertised! I was worried about the ratings but it does the job.

@@ADawg3 I figured it out… slip the pins off, then you’ll have to remove the bottom section of the handle and put it back on, that way it fits between the guides instead of not being able to go past them. Hope this explanation makes since!
@@SoWavey7 Thanks for posting. I figured it out a little while ago and was finally able to cut the grass. It's hard to explain but you have to push the ends of the handles inwards in order to move them into the correct alignment. Thankfully I didn't have to remove or take any thing off. This should have been stated in the instruction manual because it's not obvious "at all" how to get this done. Thanks again for your response.
Love this mower. Adjustable cut height and lightweight. My yard is almost a half acre of thick tall fescue grass, and I cut at the tallest setting. It doesn't bog down at all, cuts great and even stripes.

Genuinely they wont last as long as a higher quality one. Much thinner metal on the deck and handles than a mower twice the price. The engines you find on em are pretty decent, some of the small higher end mowers use the same engines as the home owner stuff. With that side of it, its all maintainence
I think I may go get this same mower. I do not know much about mower maintenance. I mean I have a mechanical background and have common sense but I have always gotten hand me down mowers and never purchased a new one. If I want this to last, what are some things I should do to the mower every season to keep it running well
