Hi Jim. What kind of quality issues could there be in Activity 2 if quality issues come up in my exam on Friday rather than culture issues as I don’t think you’ve discussed “quality issues”

Quality and culture are closely related. One generic issue I would always consider would be how the case study business approaches quality. Does it use quality control (i.e. trying to check or inspect for poor quality) or does it try to embed a culture of quality assurance. Is there any evidence of poor quality (including customer service). Is there a cause of poor quality (e,g lack of training)

@@tutor2u-official I’m so sorry to be a pain again Jim but final question I wanted to ask was what recommendation could be given for the issue of “not trying to inspect for poor quality”as i am not too sure

@@Rico-002I’m no teacher but I would say a solution could be adopting a form of quality control like six sigma or any others you have been taught
