I am the same way; keep it stealth and minimalist. You see some of these people though, and they are total pack rats so much useless stuff just everywhere.. lol.
Dude. This is exactly the rig and setup I’ve been thinking (well the major components of it anyway)... love the simplicity. Glad to have stumbled upon this video and be able to visualize what my ideal pickup looks like. This guy has got some potential... can’t wait to see more of his vids.
For $40 at Walmart, you could get a clip-on room (Annex), or two, for the "easy-up". I use two, which leaves an open space behind truck. I just use a tarp over the top of the 3/4" steel conduit frame. Gives you nice, bugfree rooms to sleep in, & storage too!
@@Down2Mob dual windoors with screens, headliner. Dual 36 inch rope lights, roof rack, its gonna be great. Waiting for these stock tires to ware out because then its time for some BFGs and a lift.
That's an ideal place to tuck your deep-cycle battery, if you've got room in the engine compartment. That's part of my long-term plan, and I was trying to think where it ought to be mounted, vaguely picturing something in the bed. I almost bought the extra cab, but the cramped space, due to the overbuilt jump seats and poofy plastic trim. So I got swayed to get the crew cab, short bed. Dumb move. Access cab with the suicide door(s) and all that stuff taken out would've been perfect. Get a longer bed. It didn't even occur to me, nor did it take more than 3 weeks for me to have all the seats out and all the plastic and seat belts taken out. If I had it to do over again, I'd get the access cab with the longer bed. But having that big cargo space right behind the seats has its advantages. Life is trade-offs.
Ok. I have finished watching your video. Good job. So many have a certain attention span. I’m not being rude to anyone. We all have different time experiences. It is our life. I appreciate what his channel expresses. Shout out to RUDE DOG.
Thanks for watching it all, Kenny! It was longer than usual but I fell there is good info! Average view duration as of now is 9:21 which is WAY higher than usual!
17:12= he expects bilstien to replace the whole shock for a torn dust cover ? I would be very interested to hear if that company actually does that. Very surprised that a guy that has put over 200,000 miles on a gas guzzling internal combustion engine was at a Bernie Rally and a Gas Pipeline Protest? Personally, I’d be thanking God that I live in America and have the freedom and liberty to live as he is able to do? Just sayin’!
Republicans have no problem selling off public lands to oil, mining and gas interests. If it were up to them we would have no public lands and wilderness areas to enjoy. As long as there is a profit motive they would sell it all off to the highest bidder if the environmentalists didn't stop them in the courts.
That has nothing to do with driving 200,000 miles, and then bitching about something that allows you to live the lifestyle that you have chosen. As for the McMansion, I agree totally. Maybe Bernie will read your comment and sell one of his? Or, maybe Barack will read your comment and sell his new oceanfront McMansion? Don’t you ever wonder why almost all the global warming alarmists have oceanfront homes?
Can someone please tell me what lift and tire size he has on this?? I know he said 5125’s in the back, although I’m not sure about front. I want my taco to have this same stance!!!

how was that a political interview? he m mentioned 2 things you obviously don't agree with... that was it. and def not the take away you should be getting from these videos. seriously, the mere mention of a politician means that the video is ruined? people need to chill out. Stopped at the 10 minute mark to reply on the use of a pressure cooker. A MUST AT ALTITUDE. Especially if you are cooking for yourself and many others can smell a good stew cooking , 45 minutes at altitude above mile high club., and when many others are hungry. Colman, p cooker is correct size too. Remember, the one that gets the bay leaf, does the dishes. Hats off to you. MR. Coleman, I appreciate the life your puppy leads. Good man.

"without disturbing my dog" as he's literally shaking the shit out of his bed waking him up xD

Exactly! And roux is super stoked most of the time. Unless you wont give him food. But that's like any doggo!

Bernie rally and a pipeline protest...sounds like a winner. If you don’t like pipelines better sell that truck or convert it to run on unicorn farts
We absolutely need pipelines. Lmao unicorn farts. How much is that conversion?!
when did he say he wants all pipelines shutdown? cos he didn't. we don't need pipelines in places they don't belong. i.e.; people's homes.

Thanks Jacki, you too!!
Mike Rowe says, and my experience agrees:
"Safety third."
Nice looking truck
What do you think of Craigs rig? Would you need more? less?
I like the simplicity of Craig's rig but I would need a few more amenities and a little more room.
I guess I missed the water storage part. He probably has some 20L Jerry Cans.
More or less depends on individual needs. He seems content with his setup. Maybe a little less caffeine in his diet . 🤣
Wow Arizona y’all guys living, jealous, keep us adventurous.
