Wrestling noob here. If they are heavy on one leg, which leg do you shoot for with the single leg: the heavy leg because if you take it down they have nothing else to keep them up, or the light leg, because it’s easier with no resistance?
Thanks for the lesson, do you have any for the clinch? It looks so simple but very effective! Oh and sorry if this is only for Olympic/Collegiate wrestling
The hand that's closest to the outside of your opponent. In the example in the video, that's her right hand. The other hand is in between both legs. That needs to be under.
Simplicity carries over into everything. When all else fails, the basics will always be there. Master the basics and you'll have an elevated game more than most. That's my opinion
Wrestling is such a beautiful sport wish I could have done it in HS. But it’s never to late!
Can you guys make a video on every sport that has been on the Olympics?
Plz make video on other basic moves

Heavy because all the weight is on there
Heavy because it’s usually the forwarded leg
make them move so they step into your danger zone and attack that leg :)

Thanks, great.
戦える人ってかっこいい〜‼️
Which hand is your "back hand?" I mean it seems to be the right hand here, but your left leg is back, so not sure what "back" means here.
