Should you do the stick callibrations each time you set up a new Helicopter, or just when you get a new Vcontrol, and from time to time, just to keep it updated? thanks

Can you mabey give me an idea why my Protos 700 e 14 cell 200 amp castle creation tribunis and my Protos 380 set up the same. We're flying just fine untile I was doing my preflight on the 700 and turned on my VBar controler and it was on that black boot screen. I fixed it by connecting it to my computer and running 5he VBar control and neu pro software and updated the controller and neos firmware and how everything works except the controller will not spin the motores up on both birds. Nothing's changed with the birds. They flew perfect and are babied. Why won't my controller not show that it's not even trying to change the rpm no matter what switches are in any positin. Any help would be very much appreciated!!
Sounds like you have the custom screen app enabled and no screen selected. Turn the app off and you will see the screen. Then you may have the “safe” switch turned on and might not know it since you can’t see the screen
@8:38 very misleading and potentially dangerous calling the security feature a "throttle hold". Throttle hold is just that....a HOLD for the THROTTLE. If someone were to set up this security feature as a throttle hold and try to shoot an auto, it would not turn out very well. To be clear: with the Security feature active, the Vcontrol does NOT send ANY signal to your vbar. It is to be used as a lockout on the ground to prevent accidental spoolups; for example you're trying to adjust your headspeeds, gov settings, etc. in the pits with the helicopter armed. It does NOT hold the throttle. It locks the entire radio.

Gyro is handled by the main gains and expo is done under the expo setting in the main rotor or tail
Do you have to use the gov or can you use just a curve for throttle
The stick calibration only need to be done when you setup the transmitter for that efforts time.
How do you adjust the gyro and expo in the vcontrol?
