Members of the Houston West Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and staff met for a Board Training and Strategic Planning Session Tuesday, December 10, 2024.
A quick review of Board of Directors orientation material and trends was held. A mission and vision, core competencies and value proposition review session then followed. This resulted in establishing key priorities over the next several years. Goals and action plans to achieve those goals were generated from the group.
The Program of Work and Implementation Plan covers the years 2025 to 2027. The plan demonstrates who is doing what and in what timeframe.
