    Great video! My daughter and I both need to eat gluten-free, and I enjoy using all sorts of different flours. I had no idea though how easily I could make my *own* flour - and no idea I could use something like pumpkin! Thanks for sharing the whole process from start to finish.

    Thank you Ewa. Loved this. What is the grater that you are using, and also the make of the grinder for flour, please?

    • @PermacultureHaven
      @PermacultureHaven  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The grater is a Bosch food processor. The grinder is a no name electrical spice grinder that bought from eBay.

    It's this done in a food processor for the grating? Can't really see the machine you're using.

    This is a great video, well explained, thank you for sharing this. Just have a couple questions 😊
    If using an oven: how long does the pumpkin need to go in the oven for?
    What is the shelf life of the powder once stored in an airtight container? Thank you !

    • @PermacultureHaven
      @PermacultureHaven  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Thank you :) Happy you liked the video. Dehydrate as long as needed. The grated pumpkin needs to be crispy dry. Shelf life is about one year if kept in an airtight container out of light. You can prolong the shelf life by vacuuming and freezing it.

    Hello. I love the video and how well your machines work. Can you please tell me the names and models of your grater and grinder, or give me a link so I can perhaps buy one. I'm in Japan, but I'm hoping I can get something like this. It would SO much help in trying to save my harvest for dehydration. Thank you!

    • @PermacultureHaven
      @PermacultureHaven  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The grater is included in my kitchen machine/mixer from Bosch. The grinder is from ebay, around $120 "electric dry food grinder". Better to buy the larger capacity one. The smaller ones are better for spices. Hope I could help :)
