Thank you, what an informative video, with tips and tricks to help sharpen my turning tools. I got one of the jigs and 1 older base slide 2nd hand & im the 2nd owner about 2 months back. I have some very nice sharp tools and some I've experimented with as they are old carbon ones and i also used some of them to help me learn to sharpen on, so i can then sharpen my newer tools. My CBN wheel and some other grinder toys and my 1st brand new turning tool, im very excited, arrive next week. So im glad i found this video to add to my other Woodcut ones I've saved. So thanks for helping me to understand and sharpen my tools better, Cheers 🍻
Then why you watching a jig, sharpening and information video, from a total different company, and that has nothing to do with the way you sharpen your tools, Not all can afford your system, even though I'd love one, Did you watch the whole video, if so did you know you can watch videos on technique, or turning styles on other videos, for different jigs??
We have the same gear, they are absolutely brilliant. Thank you Phil for the extra tips and tricks.
