Salt= 1 tbsp

Dry Pomegranate Seeds= 2 tbsp
Fennel Seeds= 1 tbsp
Kashmiri Red Chilly= 6
FOR THE TADKA:
Oil= 1 cup
Cumin Seeds= 2 tbsp
Cinnamon Stick= 2
Bay Leaf= 2
Green Cardamom= 8
Cloves= 5
Whole Red Chilly= 7
Black Cardamom= 2
Garlic= 1 muthi
Ginger= 3 tbsp
Onion= 4
Green Chilly= 2 tbsp
Tomato= 2
Turmeric Powder= 1 tsp
Red Chilly Powder= 2 tbsp
Tomato Puree= 2 tomato
Clarified Butter= 100 gm

Chef lohe ki kadai mein, tomoto puree daalne se jang (rust) jaisi smell nahi aayegi? Kyonki tomoto acidic hota hai, aur iron ke saath pakne se react karke bekaar smell karega aur sehat ke liye bhi kharab hoga. Aapka kya experience raha hai?

You are a chef and naming the dish as amritsari Pindi chana. Amritsari chana and Rawalpindi style chana recipes are not same. Both are different.
चने भिगोने के लिए 4 घंटे भी बहुत होते है। चने भिगाने से पहले एक प्रोसेस और होता है। पिंडी चने में पत्ती नही डलती।मसाला भी अधूरा है। यह पिंडी चना नही होता किसी से सीख ले।
अहंकार इंसान को नर्क की तरफ ले जा सकता है।
Sorry after 4 whistles it doesn't get ready, you have to cook it for 45-50 minutes on slow flame after 1st whistle. Also stop self praising.
