Ahh, a center console. Livin' the good life. Looks to be a late 90's Suburban model. Finding center consoles for a CJ5 that won't break the bank, can withstand some elements, and MAYBE have a locking container is a worthwhile venture. And yours looks to leave enough space on either side for 3-point restraints later.
If/when you decide to install rollover shut-off, that would peak my interest. Also, if you have insight on troubleshooting or replacing the fuse box, that too would be epic.

The console really did work out great and now I have a dry place to keep my camera safe. I haven't messed with my fuse box any more than I had to in order to get my brake and running lights working. I only have one blinker and I think the source of that problem is in the fuse box or possibly a bad relay. As far as the rollover valve goes, I have found a vent and rollover valve combo that I think I will be buy before long and install on a long piece of hose that runs to the vent nipple on the tank. That way is is hidden and not in any danger of getting water in it or any mud.

If the thing runs fine with the vent tubes blocked off, just leave it like that and don't worry about anything else. You don't need a rollover valve if you don't have vent lines. From what I've seen, you can use any rollover check valve, I saw someone used one from a Nissan. It's just a steel ball, a lot like a PCV valve. The original vent system also uses a separator valve that keeps liquid fuel from going out the tank into the vent lines, you'd have to figure out something there. Or maybe you can get away with using a vented gas cap. Whatever works!

I found a piece online that has a protected vented screen and a built in rollover valve. I will get that eventually and mount it so it doesn't get any water or mud on it. Otherwise I think all is good with the tank for now.

You need to take some of that rubber floor mat and put it between your skid plate and the bottom of the gas tank. Factory came with plastic! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Not a bad idea, but the tank is back in now. lol I should have done that though. Thankfully the tank doesn't move any when mounted.
