You have the black and grey plugs part correct, but the sensor to the rear bottom of engine is the speed sensor-leave it alone. The cvt switch is on top of the belt cover with a two wire connector. Swap the black and grey plugs, turn key on, belt light flashes slow, then unplug the cvt switch, belt light should flash fast, turn key off, plug in the cvt switch, and swap the black and grey plugs back . If the belt don't reset, then remove belt cover and set the cvt switch to the rear of quad, then do the belt reset.
