Oh my goodness!! That is such a wonderful compliment.😩 I have so much to learn still, so I really appreciate you seeing the beauty in these while I am on my journey.☺️
Thank you! It has been a joy being on a sourdough journey.☺️ and oh, yes, you can just try next time! I’m sure they turned out fine also, sourdough tastes good no matter what usually.😋🥰🧡
I am making a video today on how I make my bread and some tips I’ve learned that I will be posting later to explain all of that. ☺️ but I use pantry mamas perfect loaf recipe.
It is so much fun! And quite therapeutic in many ways.☺️ and why thank you! I still have work to do to make my sourdough come out the way I hope someday, but this was a good start for me and I’m happy that I am getting more comfortable with it! 🧡 I’m sure you’re going to do great!🥰
They look amazing! I have been making and baking sourdough bread for a month now, and they get better and better. I am just wondering: what kind of flour do you use for the outside of the bread? It causes a beautiful contrast with the scoring pattern, which i’d like to achieve (but dont know how…).
Its beautiful, I can't even get yeast to double much less triple or pop out of the jar , i can't wait to make sourdough bread, i been trying to make yeast for over 6 weeks and everyone says something different, i am really very upset about it ....😭😭
Oh no! I’m so sorry to hear this.🥺 Honestly what works for some doesn’t for others so it may take some time to find your own rythym and what actually works for you. Things can vary heavily based on where you are located, the temperature of your house and so on. You’ve got this, don’t give up, I know you’ll get it in time.🧡 If you ever have any questions or anything I can help with just let me know!🥰
@@kainathilyas6426 I think it just depends on the temperature of your fridge. We moved to a new house and mine does not rise that high either now, but the bread still comes out the same.
@@kainathilyas6426 I also need to do an updated video because I have adjusted this recipe slightly since last year and feel as though I have a better turn out with my bread and scoring, but I wouldn’t worry about if your bread rises that high or not. If you’ve been doing sourdough a while then you know your bread turns out great so long as it is simply proofed enough. ☺️
My first month was a failure, and I was gonna quit. 8 terrible loaves. Only when I followed every single step exactly. Then I succeed, but it took a month
@@HometoSoulBakingCo i tried the recipe from a recent video, from i think two weeks ago and only changed it by swapping 50g of flour with whole wheat flour and adding 10ml more water, but id miserably failed, im gonna try again though
@@MCKTV-qc1hc oh, nooo! I am so sorry to hear that.😞 I know I’ve heard different flours can produce different results, but in general it should still turn out. Maybe just something else went a miss or something with the proofing, sourdough can be temperamental at times, could be one tiny thing sometimes, hard to know.😩 I bet you’ll find what works for you in time. Took me months to find my own groove. Hope to hear you had success soon! Let me know when you do what winds up working for you.☺️
What did the ancient bakers know???!! Now, we "know" too much which only distracts us from the simplicity of the process. I no longer need to measure ingredients. One can adjust as one proceeds through the process. You're doing just fine.
Thank you! I have found this to be true myself! I didn’t even use to weigh out my feeds for my starter! Haha which I think to some people sounds crazy, I’m sure, but I just did it by the way it looked and it was always fine! Sourdough is so forgiving and not nearly as complicated as some make it. ☺️
I cried remembering my same feeling and excitement recently, as my sourdough journey changed the same way. Congratulations
How wonderful! It is such an achievement to finally come out with something to feel good about.🥰🧡
Both of the "you guys!" Made me smile and chuckle! So cute and some nice looking loaves too!🎉👏
Oh, I’m so glad to hear it haha! Thank you.🥰🧡
that's the most perfect sourdough bread i've ever seen in my life

How BEAUTIFUL is your bread!!!
Thank you!!!😩 Now the goal is to try to get them to come out consistently like this.😆
Wowyour dough looks amazing and your bread is beautiful. 🎉
Thank you! A work in progress, but making some success!🥰🧡
Nice one!!! Congrats!
Thank you so much! Feeling good about making sourdough these days.☺️
Bravo! 👏🏼 👏🏼 Oh how beautiful! 😍 After watching your video, I did forgot to do the tension folds. I’ll try again. 👍🏼

Great, which recipe are you using? What kind of flour and what amount, as well as what times did you do what?

Looks magic 👍👍
Thank you! Working my way to better bread.☺️
congratulations!!
Thank you! It is exciting.🥰
I would be proud of those too. I have yet to acheive that much volume, but when i do i will celebrate too.
I’m rooting for you!! You’ll get it someday!🧡Everyone’s got things that work differently for them so I’m sure you’ll find your mojo.☺️
Very nice recipe❤❤❤❤

It is such a therapeutic and beautiful thing to learn!🧡 Glad you’ve been having success! I use just white all purpose flour for mine!☺️
This is very delicious dear🎉❤❤
Thank you very much much!🥰
They look absolutely beautiful! I'd devour them 🤤
Thank you, Alyssa!! The baking master herself telling me this.😍

Did you cook that in a pot? I didn’t know you could do that. I’m asking cause my current place doesnt have an oven.
I cooked them in dutch ovens! But the Dutch oven does need to go in the oven, unfortunately, I’m sorry. 😔
السلام عليكم هل يمكن خبز هذا الخبز في الفرن بدل هذا القدر شكرا لكي اتمنى لك التوفيق ❤❤❤
How much hydration did you use and how old is your starter ?
It was 100% hydration and my friend sent me a 70 or 80 year old dehydrated starter that I rehydrated so I’ve been using it since this summer.☺️
Mine never rises like that in the fridge.
