Wow I was coming on here to say those exact words. I too have seen so many reactions to Chris and that is for sure the best description of his voice. That and those that cant say anything
I zone out on Chris Stapleton everyday! You need to check out his 2015 CMA Awards performance with Justin Timberlake. They do two songs together and its absolutley fantastic. Its where I first heard Chris Stapleton..Your reactions are great. Keep up the fantastic work.
Great reaction! You really can't find a bad track from this guy! Before he went solo he was in two bands. The Steeldrivers and The Jompson Brothers, so there is plenty of musical library for you to check out. Always a pleasure to watch another Chris Stapleton fan being born! Try Death Row. He does a wonderful job both musically and lyrically to take you on a journey with that track. Thanks for this reaction!
I’m noticing that every song I listen to, I like him more! And I’m not surprised that he is in more than one band. Artists of that caliber, are usually in high demand. Everyone wants to work with them.
Great reaction man I like your videos I think you would like his song called death row and one of his songs that is more of a country one the name of the song is scarecrow in the garden
One of the best live performances in the history of everything! His guitar skills are almost as legendary as his vocals. I've seen a bunch of Chris Stapleton reactions where the reviewer doesn't pause the video, so I don't think you have to worry about that, but I could be wrong. If you're going to listen to an entire album of his, Traveler is definitely the way to go. There are so many amazing songs. Here's a link to the title track, sung live with his wife. Her vocals compliment his so well. th-cam.com/video/E2M0PNa-dzg/w-d-xo.html
There’s a video of Chris with Keith Urban and Vince Gill playing “Blue ain’t your color” that really shows you that his guitar work is up there with the best of them. I agree, Traveller is an instant classic.
OK, I just watched that video. Wow, wow and wow! You can tell they're having so much fun. Keith is amazing and Vice Gill is another of my all-time favorites. His song "Go Rest High On That Mountain", that he wrote when his brother died, gets me right in the feels every time.
Lisa Meunier Yes ma’am, I have scoured the internet for Chris’s Live performances. I’ve been fortunate enough to see him twice in concert. Vince is an all time favorite of mine too. And Go Rest High, has been played at just about every funeral that I’ve been to. There’s some epic performances from Chris “Man’s World” (James Brown) Nothing campares to you”(Prince Tribute) “Do right woman, do right man” (Aretha tribute) , but one of favorites is before the long hair and beard “Fool me again”
Hey bro you need to check out Chris Stapleton, Second One to Know. He rocks out hard on that song too. I think you would really dig it. Keep it up dude.
"Like gravel mixed with honey"... Epic description!
"Like gravel mixed with honey" I've seen so many Stapelton reactions and this is by far the best description of his voice.

@@UncleRandy73 I'll have to check it out. Have you watched "Seven Spanish Angels", with Chris, his wife and Dwight Yoakam? That's really good!

Chris is amazing. If you get a chance, I'd like to suggest Death Row.
I highly recommend Barely Alive acoustic shows his vocal range better than any other. Also Either way acoustic is fantastic. Thanks!
Don't have to apologies for the pauses(although very polite of you). Those are part of the reactions :)
This song & Chris Stapleton's voice is definitely a panty dropper. LOL
