A road built in no time, on a fairly consistent grade, with just dirt, not compacted, with a large berm on both sides that will end up a mud pit every time it rains doesn't seem too difficult. Granted that's just from what was shown in the short video. Hopefully he went through and knocked down the berm on the low side of the hill to allow for drainage. If they don't have a machine the compact the dirt maybe the people using the road can use some hand tampers to compact the loose dirt the dozer left behind.

He's not really building a road. That surface he's on is either an old road that has grown over or an old railway grade.
