    Thanks for your video, a question if you don't mind . The 2 aerials, are they for receiving lte signals or WiFi transmission? I ask a I want to attach an external lte aerial as will install this router in a Motorhome. Thanking you

      The datasheet says; 2 × Internal Wi-Fi Antennas, 2 × Detachable External 4G LTE Antennas.
      So I suppose the external antennas are for LTE signals. But you can replace them with a more powerful SMA complaint LTE antenna.

    how effective is it compared to the portable Mifi?

    • @DignitedTV
      @DignitedTV  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      The Router connects atleast 32 devices. Most MiFis can handle about 10.
      4G router has external antenna and a more powerful 4G modem. So you'll get better network receiption with it than when using a MiFi.
      The router is powered by the wall socket, but MiFi uses battery which depreciates over time. So those are key points to note.

    Can you tell me what the difference between lte and dual band please - which is better?

    • @DignitedTV
      @DignitedTV  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      LTE is another name for 4G mobile networks. This router uses a simcard to connect to 4G LTE mobile network of any cellphone provider.
      Dual band Is about WiFi. Most wireless routers support two bands; 2.4 and ,5GHz frequency bands to connect devices. But older routers support only the 2.4GHz band like this router.
      So LTE and dualband are two separate things that work together to share mobile internet to your devices.

    Hey man🤜🤛 if wanted 2 use it as traditional wireless router, does it work without a DSL modem by itself? 4g hasn't reached 100% yet here where i live

    • @DignitedTV

      Yes you can use it as a WiFi router.
