Hi 👋 I'm hoping that with your knowledge of the night owl product, you can suggest a solution to my security needs 😁 OK, so I'm a full time RVer and I am often places with No internet, wifi, or cell service. Along with that, when I'm in the middle of nowhere, I often hear things going "bump in the night outside", like I have been surrounded by a pack coyotes, had something attack my garbage can, and have seen an array of interesting footprints all around my campsite in the morning 🫣 That said, I'm looking for a way to see what exactly is going on out there at night, in REAL TIME. I have spent hours and hours trying to find a security camera set up that has WIRELESS OUTDOOR NIGHT VISION CAMERAS that are NON WIFI/ NON INTERNET/NON CELLULAR and will allow me to see who (or what) is outside my RV, via live stream on my phone. Can Night Owl do this? I thank you in advance for your help. I so appreciate any advice or suggestions..
So I have not tested the cameras yet without internet, but part of me feels like the app will not work without internet but if you have the dvr connected to a monitor then that might be a different scenario where viewing the cameras live through a monitor will work, let me verify that & will chime back soon
@@dgreigor78 thanks so much! My step dad suggested getting a small travel router. He thinks I can use it with any wifi cameras. He says it should work with anything within 30 feet - being an app on my pbone with the wifi cameras. What do you think??
So without internet you can only view the cameras live feed through a connected monitor or tv screen from the hdmi connection. The app will not show any cameras unless the dvr has internet. Hope this helps.

I bought just the camera and been 2 months and has moisture in it but the 2 k I bought 3 years ago works great 😊

How to connect to Bluetooth
The bluetooth option is just for your phone or tablet to connect to the ndvr, when you setup the product it automatically configures that
Its only used to give you a faster or 2nd option to connect to the ndvr when you are in close range
My wife wanted this junk they gonna get on ladders and box up this junk.
Yeah if they are not setup properly or with good wifi coverage then forget about stability
