Welp, at this point it's more reasonable to pick 2% with 50/50. Normal NC rates are meh tbh, 3,6% with 27%. You extra get her 40 fragments. It's easier to win 50/50 and 40 fragments- 800 cubes tbh
@@rubyrose5093 in limited banners you can pick if u want standard 3,6% for 3* with 27% for feature doll and u get cubes to exchange for fragment, or 2nd plan 2% for 3* but you have 50/50 and get only characters fragment. So if with this you get for example Clukay, you get her and her 40 fragments

When Clukay still has an Arma Mod, hard to beat her tbh. Unless you somehow make a new Character AS OP as Cluckay, with as much "Anti-Everything" performance (GL beating an Unit that can handle AoE and ST DPS roles in one go) while remaining somewhat unique or identifiable by what or how she does.
