I am literally so amazed by your tenacity The fact that you have been doing this for nearly a month now is amazing to me I wish I had that ability I've thought about going van life and just doing me but the videos you post show so many struggles that you have to deal with and it's just amazing that you guys keep plugging away. Your community is proud of you.
These Florida trail videos are cool. I spend a good amount of time in Florida every year but it’s mostly on the West coast. Good to see what else Florida has to offer.
I'm enjoying watching y'all hike the fkt , I watched Dixie when she did it , now I get up every morning and watch y'all, brings back memories of my younger days when I spent a lot of time in those Florida woods.
Definitely smart to hike at night to avoid the heat of the day. Ugh, 31 miles of road hiking, but at least a full moon and not too many cars in the middle of the night. Good job knocking out those first 19 at night and finishing up the 31 miles of road walk. Wonderful trail magic from Batt 6 and others who supply the caches. Love your can-do, positive attitude.

looks like the road walk is nova road and 520. 520 way back in the day was only a 2 lane road with loads of car wrecks from travelers coming from Orlando to the beach
Hey Kelly a tip for camping by the road if at all possible be as far as you can so if any car accidents happen on the road you may have a better chance of survival if they come off the road.
Living in FL. I still need to do that road walk. I want to split in 1/2. I wonder if to see the Buffalo 🦬 in the field the next day across Rt 50. You rocked those miles❤

What is it about those overpasses and injuries? I once was going down the berm to an underpass to get away from a thunderstorm in Wyoming when I slipped and came down on my thumb. It bent completely backward. Ouch! Thank goodness I had an emergency ice pack so it never got too bad. I hope to see that your injury didn't get too bad. You three are road warriors.

Balance problems or dizziness, or double or blurry vision. Bothered by light or noise. Feeling sluggish, hazy, foggy, or groggy. Confusion, or concentration or memory problems. Just not “feeling right,” or “feeling down”.
Sorry you bumped your head. I think there's a loop where the Eastside goes thru Camp Blanding. If you take that loop We can provide you with whatever you may need. Water, beer, pizza, a ride, shower etc. We live close to there and can help y'all if you need it. My numbers on the kiosk for help to hikers.
Aren’t you walking on the left side of the roads in USA? That’s what we do in Europe. That way we can see the cars coming in our lane and get out if we need to. Much safer,.. Especially at night! ☝️ 👋
That is my biggest dissapointment about the Florida Trail is way too much road walking the state and other conservation groups should buy up more trail and wildlife corridors to make the trail road free as much as possible!

How do people who give you food on the road know you’re going to be there? A guy showed up with a pizza, for instance. He was just passing by and happened to have a pizza? Do the people who leave things at the cache points know that you’re coming, or are they just leaving that for anybody who comes by?
Batt 6 knew we might be coming through but he trail Magic’s hikers in that section. The caches are there for all hikers so pretty good bet if someone puts a coke there it will get drank by a hiker haha
