27:25 because developers realized that people that actually need TTS shouldn't have to go through text menus to turn it on, so they have it on by default when you first launch the game. First noticed it in Far Cry 6, i imagine it'll become standard

As a developer myself, it's sad that developers have to do this because of restrictive operating systems. If the default windows and Unix-based systems gave an option to detect TTS settings from the systems environment, it'd make devs jobs easier.
Potentially stupid question but what exactly is TTS for in a game like helldivers? On phones i understand for blind people but whats the purpose in here?

With the amount of streamers that seem to be genuinely incapable of following tutorials or reading any useful hints and text, I'm starting to think this is some kind of phenomenon.
Their attention is so divided, that's why. From the chatters to other people they're playing with to making sure the stream is still running/recording and etc. There's a lot to pay attention to rather than playing it alone where your attention is solely on the game.
Can't agree or disagree since most people aren't streamers including me.

@@kotarodesu_23 Yeah, that's the only reason I can think of... Seeing both Connor and Asmon completely miss several important signs and messages in-game was kind of infuriating lol but in the end they do provide some fun gameplay, so it all pays off

Game - plan your reloads carefully, your ammo gets discarded
Connor - shoots 5 shots then reloads straight after

I would have an issue with this as well. I am a compulsive reloader in games. I absolutely hate mechanics like this where you lose ammo. I don't need it to be realistic haha.

It is for me....mainly because I'm able to log in and actually play Darktide.

If using a neti pot hurts u might have a deviated septum or the wrong saline concentration in the water. If being rough u can tear delicate asf tissue. Normally if it's a real neti pot you tilt your head to the side & it goes out the opposite nostril and not into your throat/mouth at all. U may or may not be able to do the tilt with a syringe ...maybe hold the nostril it's in closed if it's too small.

3:00 Thats normal Connor. The older you get, the more shitty getting a cold becomes. And th flu goes around currently. Just a few weeks back I was hit by it as well. Insant lost day of suffering. Next day everything was fine. Bad thing is if you are unlucky your body relapses the third day and you get to go another round on your constitution check xD But if you felt better the next day most of the time your body insantly reacts to the pathogene, because of immune bodies. that is also why older people tend to give themselves shots against the flu. less pain inducing method to build up immunity. though could backfire depending what shoit you get

Not sure if Connor will see this but as someone who has had chronic sinus issues- most people don't do the nasal rinses properly. If its coming out of your mouth you need to tilt your head more forward. If there is pain with it you have a potential blockage, deviated septum, or polyps of some sort. Either way, might be better to get your nose checked at an ENT instead and have them do a quick check.
I had VERY extensive sinus surgery, like I was down for 6 hours and them more or less taking a roto-rooter and carving things out. When I did my rinses- I did not have any additional pain from the rinse and no one ever should.
