There are many singers changed their music style even in their 30's...they undergo voice lessons before they release their new album that fits their style in their next album...she's an artist, she don't need to stay the way she was before...that's why her voice became higher and softer because she knows how to control her voice now
she does look tired, seems like there was only one reason why she's still singing ... for her loving fans like me who loves her no matter what she looks like. :)
