Who said learning songs would be easy? LoL The most difficult part of this tune isn't the chords. It's the darn fingering. That in and of itself is really hard, and takes a LOT of practice in order to master this song correctly. Perhaps lessons on the fingering method before actually learning this beautiful tune would help enourmously. Could you teach that to us, Jon?
Great lesson. The bridge section is my favorite part of this song as well, absolutely brilliant writing, but I've always had trouble with it and you cleared it up nicely, thank you. Also, can you do a video on 'Back Home'? Thanks again, Jon.
Amazing lesson! 😍 Just learned everything up to 13 min in and thought I only had a short ending left, but it was like a whole separate song after that! 🙈 Still optimistic though! 🤞
Sometimes when someone knows something really well, they are too advance to teach the details. Left hand instruction was great, right hand a little blurry. I've had the same issue with you on other Clapton styled songs. Once I get the details worked out by cross referencing other tuts, I'll come back for your perfection of this song you love and play so well. 👍
Brilliant playing love the lesson Jon.. I will try to learn it but I think it's beyond me I am only a beginner I wou L d love to b e able to play that song..so I will give it a try...thank you r regards f r on John in rep of Ireland.. 😂👍☘
john , i thought this was beyond me also, but it wasn't....you can do it....good picking to you... give it time and you will surprise yourself.... Peace and Love,

Great job on this Jon. Excellent explanation and this is a fun one to play. It's a beautiful song for sure too! I remember when Clapton first came out with his unplugged concert. Back when MTV was still actually good lol. Now it's just R&B (rap and bull§hit). It would be great if they brought Unplugged back. The Nirvana unplugged was another one I really like a lot. Alice in Chains was good too, but would have been better if Jerry Cantrell wasn't dealing with food poisoning.

Brings tears to my eyes everytime I hear it or play it. I know Eric Clapton wrote it for his son.
