you should try it in 20w14infinite, where entering the end from the nether puts you at the same coordinates (entering at x20, y90, z20 in the nether will put you at x20, y90, z20 in the end). 1.15 dragon hitboxes are weird, but it would be cool to see a sub 1 second dragon kill.
@@CurcuitStore you can actually do this in vanilla by having a piston push you into the portal from the side, it keeps the coordinates of the portal, not sure how useful this would be since strongholds are so far away tho
Do you think that it's possible to somehow get the exact timing for shooting an arrow to oneshot the dragon during a one cycle? I feel like it's the biggest problem in performing a oneshot. It is already possible without any commands/tools to know if the spot that you are standing on is gaining you enough velocity to kill the dragon. The only problem is the timing.
idk if you’re referencing this kind of thing (th-cam.com/video/OaIesw4T7YE/w-d-xo.html ), but I imagine it’s the most likely route, assuming you get the dragon to leave early. But yeah unless you can stop the velocity transfer the timing is even worse. whoever made perched dragons not take arrow damage just hates fun ig
I used a few things I wrote to find the inputs(code in the description), and a version of this mod(github.com/RubiksImplosion/Minecraft-TAS) to play them back in-game
the dragon actually only gives you knockback on the server, so it only increases the server velocity. Buuut when you take damage(which the dragon usually does automatically), your server velocity gets transferred over to the client. This is actually the only reason the dragon launches you at all, but even that is capped at +/-3.9m/t in each axis, so client velocity still stays low. I don't even get that here though, since the pearl gives me some "invulnerability" right before the knockback, avoiding the transfer altogether
when you use beds in the end but not for the dragon
when the death animation is 10x slower than the dragon kill

that would be pretty funny

@@farkler4785 Neat! It used to happen a lot in older versions, but didn't know you could cause it that easily lol
most sane curcuit tas:
i did genuinely feel like i was going to lose it after like hour 4 of trying to get the 2nd pearl to work(i was accidentally holding right)
I love how you already boosted a pearl with 2 beds by the time the dragon even spawned
Can't wait to make a tas that ties the glitched wr tas (real)
just spawn in the stronghold smh my head(it’s possible trust)

good fountain height WidePag
Could we add a second player to place scaffolding 64 blocks high to make the end fight even faster?
you could just do it yourself and it’d still prolly be faster lol(tho they’d prolly have to climb up and put a block on top for it to register
i hope the dragon at least enjoyed those 59 ticks of life
How do I get that texture pack where you change the last letter of each achievement
It's just a pack with a bunch of random changes, you can download it here drive.google.com/file/d/1quokxZv2HWKfSGXuKMl63xIFh_0pEEHX/

why does your server velocity become so high without the client velocity being that high?
