Excellent video Dr. Rust :). also think get run not bad turns idle screw till engine has no back fire also choke on and if don't cure New Holland or Ford Tractor Dealership should have Carb plus gasket or brand new or rebuilt one's in stock ! Also think what happened to Transmission looks like someone forget push clutch pedal in then engage PTO to just tried PTO byself and high idle too ! My dad did that to his 1963 McCormick International B414 Loader tractor Desiel on PTO gear and lever part lucky got nice good condition 1963 McCormick International B414 Loader I found was in home area in 1994 tractor got engine rebuild and whole good condition tractor rebuilt it up too! Nice $1.000 bucks and had lots parts fix my dad tractor up with all good parts ! Lots tractor when scrap up and not worth fix back then ! Also good condition one save me buy all new parts some impossible get anymore to and nice find in Desiel not Gas engine ones !

You can get parts for those tractors easy
Throw away that Amazon/Ebay carb and get a original. They are known to be junk right out of the box. They always run too lean.
I wondered about that we actually have to go pick up a second one soon it has a original carburetor
