Very educative . A lot of skin problems like hyperpigmentation are caused by sun exposure . Not using sunscreen is like driving a car without fuel. Your expensive products becomes a waste if you do not protect your skin from the sun . My favorite sunscreen I use currently is from la roche posay . It doesn’t give any white cast unlike others. White cast actually prevents people from using sunscreen especially we blacks

I also noticed that with my skin too. When I don’t stay consistent for a few days I notice little bumps. One thing I do is simplify my skincare to the bare essentials to eliminate overwhelm and ensure consistency.

This video just made me realise that you made me start skincare. It started for me when you introduced Cetaphil gentle cleanser to us sometime in 2017 i think. I recently got into skin care, I am still trying to figure out what works for my skin. One thing I noticed about skincare, when you think you are not seeing results and stop being consistent because 'it's not working', suddenly your skin will have bumps, breakouts and just dull. At that point, you will realize that what you thought wasn't working was actually working 😅. Only issue is that you were expecting really quick results and gave up too soon. Now you have to start all over again! lol
