I purchased the same cover! The Read Before You Buy says that it cannot be used with the Cover on Cover because the cover has different specifications than the standard techo cover. The Read Before You Buy for the Have a Nice Day cover (which also excludes the interior pockets and butterfly stoppers) also says says that the Cover on Cover cannot be used because it will not fit in size.
I like the floral cover, except for the background color. I would have preferred that it was a lighter color. Awesome haul!
