- A virtual walk around Scheveningen beach, bars & pier. The Hague beach, Netherlands.
We start our walking tour just along from the sculpture garden on Scheveningen Boulevard. We take in the atmosphere of some of the welcoming beach cafes before turning for a view of the magnificent Kurhaus - a five star hotel and health resort right on the boulevard.
We then explore the town's famous pier. Two decks - the lower one covered, full of stalls, cafes and bars and a great view over the beach. The second on the top deck, providing a great view of the Ferris Wheel, hotel suites, zip line and bungy jump platforms and of course, the wide sandy beach.

We beginnen onze wandeling net langs de beeldentuin op de Scheveningse Boulevard. We nemen de sfeer op van enkele van de gastvrije strandcafés voordat we ons omdraaien voor een uitzicht op het prachtige Kurhaus - een vijfsterrenhotel en kuuroord direct aan de boulevard.
Vervolgens verkennen we de beroemde pier van de stad. Twee dekken - de onderste is overdekt, vol met kraampjes, cafés en bars en een geweldig uitzicht over het strand. De tweede op het bovendek biedt een geweldig uitzicht op het reuzenrad, hotelsuites, zip-line en bungy jump-platforms en natuurlijk het brede zandstrand. Some other helpful search terms:

QUESTION: The gimbal you list is for phones but you shoot with a GoPro. Have you modified it someway, or does it work well with GoPros as is? Thanks so much. -Henry
Hey Henry! You can just about use the gimbal just as it is, but it's not ideal as you can't access the screen properly when in use. We use a very high tech system instead - this plate adaptor (www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0779CCB59/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) and an elastic band! :)

Scheveningen is amazing. The place to be is Hart Beach (near the beach stadium). You should try the Big Wave beer. Best thing to do after a sunny surf lesson :-)

Nowadays it's a area where woman are being harassed, dangerous streetraces and stab incidents. All with parking horror, traffic jams and so on. Laughing gas everywhere.

On a very clean floor every speck of dust stands out. Only people who've never travelled would write such BS. In the Netherlands every street fight gets reported as if our country is going through a major crisis. 1 guy got stabbed there in a conflict between 2 gangs there and it was national news for 2 weeks.
Get some perspective dude.
