    Im just curious, asking Google links of Trading standards and Discrimination- is obvious all Traders are committed to the Equality Act 2010, and basically- is like saying Man can Murder his wife when he wants, and nobody obligates him to respect the law? What would judge decide in that case? Tradins standard operator said- if case comes to the tribunal- only what judge would decide is Trader bring out money, judge ca not make the decision for a trader to follow Equality Act rules. I remember one of my couleg put the employee on tribunal- he get- all salaries from the day he was unlawfully dismissed - trader was obligated to put him back on job. I believe in the case of Morrisons vs Jewish peoples, Jewish people would be able to shop at Morrison after the tribunal decision, NO? Or they would just get 1.99 back? What would the judge say? I can not even define whats my protective characteristic? Im a white single woman without a living relative, in past victim of racial motivated domestic abuse.

    What happens if there are a group of people making a decision and they appear to be voting in ways that indicate several different types of discrimination (such as sex and disability). The difficulty I am currently facing is not knowing if other members of the group made decisions based on race. Its clearly very unhelpful to have a mix of protected characteristics even if its not the combination that is the issue.

    I sware to you that trading standard Phone Operator - who is not trained in discrimination, finds it LEGAL TRADE if a certain business subject (for example- Morrisons) refuses to sell goods to certain individuals (for example Bread to Jews) . There is no Trading Standard Low that can force Morrisons to trade with Jewish peoples in UK,. The only thing what you can do, in 2024 is changing the bakery????

    If a man or a woman had been with the company for more than 4 years and started employment under a contract as a mr/or mrs as a strawman or fictitious entitie.then changed his or her standing or status in life to a living man or woman and then brought it to the attention of his or her employer to change the contract and they did nothing would that come under the equality law 2010 (13) part 5
