@@AdugeSadhana goda masala is the masala used by Maharashtrians , it has lots of ingredients but shahjeera and stone flower is very prominent . It is used in their sabzis and is very tasty .

Excellent explanation on preparations of Gharam Masala by distributing ingredients separately in group type. For the first time Madam you have shown and explanation of each ingredient wise through group wise, thank you for showing in a simple and most easiest way of gharam masala preparation, but, maximum peopled use Byadagi red chilli as a king ingredient and Guntur chilli during the preparation of Gharam Masala, Sambar Masala. Why you skipped the Byadagi red chilli and Guntur red chilli. I don't know madam.
First of all, thanks for wonderful feedback. I personally dont prefer red chillies in garam masala, because it will be confusing to adjust spice . I prefer adding red chilli powder seperately to curries. I completely agree with you some brands of garam masala will be reddish in color with red chillies added to it and have seen some brands dont have red chillies in it. I think it is preference of taste n color of powder. Thanks :)
