If the government really did it's job, there would be no need for Harambees

People are misusing the word harambee which was introduced by our first president, mzee Jomo Kenyatta. During Kenyatta 's time, you didn't need to steel from the government , to denate to fund raising. Furthermore that is blood money.

Harambee iendelee kwa community level bila kuleta politians kama wageni wa heshima halafu mnaletewa looted money ambayo ni yenu. Do like civilized countries: Channel the funds through legal County or govrrnment programs!

The question is where do this politicians get the money for these harambees, more often than not its our money, hence the need to ban the politicians from these harambees, let them use our resources prudently and thus deal with the runaway corruption in our country.
