Well Steven is half human so he has a gender most gems don't have an actual gender but it widely said that all the gems (including the home world ) are female but it is vey possible that Japer is a boy but her/he is voiced by a woman
Felix Warburg Jasper's female, she's just huge and super aggressive and has an outfit that covers quite a bit of her body. But yeah, she's definately a female gem. Even though technically all gems are genderless, she identifies as female like the rest of them. Jasper just doesn't have a super femanine design or personallity.
