This is exactly why I’m praying Yamazaki is chosen for the sequel or sequels of Minus One cause he has proven that he can do both Kaiju battle sequences and the dark toned Godzilla we all love. If he combined the serious dark tone with Kaiju action like this he would have great success. Even if it’s just two or three sequels if he does it good then it would be the best series of Godzilla films in history.
I hope we get a trilogy at least. I definitely want Toho to return to the kaiju battles. But this time with higher stakes and seeing how when two forces clash, humanity is caught in the middle.

The Ride was basically a sprt of final test with MinusGoji's overall design being very close to full completion and now the teaser gives is his full on finalized movie look with the visible scars that show you the impact the atomic bombs had on him, so all this time Yamazaki had already made his Godzilla in place, all he needed to do was wait to for more technological advancements to update his Godzilla more and more to his finalized look and get approval from Toho to make the full length Godzilla movie we will see this December. I hope fans everywhere else can get to see the movie, as for my fellow american kaiju fans, mark your calendars because we got a special day this year, Godzilla Minus One's nationwide theatrical debut and it will also be Troll's 1 year anniversary on Netflix!!! Two Kaiju movies with the same release date!!

I would rate that almost as goo as when Shin Godzilla uses how breath weapon to obliterate whole sections of Tokyo. I like the Shin Godzilla scene better but yeah it was pretty awesome when Godzilla blew a hole through King Ghidorah.

I really like this version of Ghidorah, it's a lot more terrifying and impactful than the other ones but still feels anatomically correct and true to its original form. And this version of Goji is so badass. I hope there's a sequel. This is the sort of kaiji movie we need.
Really interesting how Ride-Goji looks almost exactly like Minus-Goji. It's almost like Toho had their minds set on this design to be the next film Goji.

The Monsterverse nerfed him so much that direct shots didn't affect Ghidorah at all (until the end and that one just knocked him down). I get the golden scales and all, but it would be so much better if his breath weapon did some damage so other monsters (like Kong did) try to avoid it completely.
Godzilla’s atomic breath has varied in power over the years. In the Showa era it was a damaging attack, but it only killed only about 2 or 3 enemies. The heisei era gave him the spiral ray as a finishing attack, but he tended to spam the atomic breath in those movies. Depending on the film you saw in the millennium era, the breath could be a damaging attack or a one-hit killer. I like to think Godzilla can vary the intensity of the breath as he pleases.
Dude ghidorah is nerfed right here so how was he nerfed more in the MV in comparison 😅. If ghidorah died to 1 shot of godzilla's atomic breath which he SHOULD and HAVE been able to tank with little to no difficulty in past incarnations then explain this ghidorah suddenly dying to 1 shot when it should of taken more than that to kill him. If anything direct shots SHOULDN'T effect ghidorah that much, they hurt him but ain't enough to kill him with 1 or 2 hits

This king ghidorah is kind of like a mix between his legendary and heisei design, with an eagle-like face like mv godzilla. I love it
