SC1(H) should be 0, i guess and hence value of K in first iteration. Anyone is having correct solution to match

Shouldnt the CO(Q) be 6 = 4 (observability of OR ouput) + 1(setting other input of OR to 0) +1? we always go from output to the input while calculating the observabilities.
