    FFT: scan flipflop is added to control "AND gate to 1" & "OR gate to 0" , Mux is required (with TestMode)

    when we are inserting the control signal in not gate, In control x by 0 can we insert a AND gate at the output of the NOT gate and apply 0 at the one scan test input terminal of NOT gate. This is right or wrong. let me know a communication medium to you also.

      we can directly intercept AND gate output with an OR gate to control it to 1?

      Intercept OR gate output with an AND gate with the same control signal to be able to set 1 or 0 for the x. In other scenario, intercept AND gate output with an OR gate with the same control signal to be able to set 1 or 0 for the x. Both cases have a symmetry.
