You know, speaking as a CSA survivor, it's really...I don't know how to phrase it, actually. Really touching? I guess? To hear you guys express your frustration towards those predators.
I was really fortunate in that people believed me and I was separated from my abuser right away and got the help I needed to make sure that not only did I or anyone else get hurt by my dad anymore, but I would get the mental help to address the all the trauma I endured. He got 25 to life for what he did to me, and it's highly unlikely he's ever getting out.
I'm 11 years into my recovery, and I'm making incredible progress. Before I said anything and the abuse was happening, I was convinced that I wouldn't live past 15, and then afterwards, I was convinced and content with the idea that I would just grow up to be a hermit and live completely alone.
I'm 23, and I'm still a hermit, I still have major trust issues and I'm very hypervigilant about absolutely everything, but I'm in a loving relationship with a man who knows about my past and is not only willing to help me through the rough days when I need the most comfort and care, but we're planning on getting married and having a family of our own soon.
I still have some steps to take and I still need to experience some sort of closure regarding the situation, and I think that's why I enjoy watching these videos and seeing your reaction to them even though the actual people in this video make me squeamish. Thank you.

The best part about these predator videos is that they always go through the seven stages of grief. Shock/disbelief- The predator tries to convince themselves that they knew this would happen (they didn’t). Denial- Predator denies trying to meet an underage kid. Bargaining- Predator tries to answer questions to see if they will get off easier. Guilt- “Im stupid. Im silly. Im bored. I shouldn’t have done this.”
Anger- The predator blames the show or the decoy for leading them on. Depression- “Its not my fault. Im gonna lose it all. I don’t wanna go to jail.” Acceptance- (Already in the police car at this point.)

I've been a victim of this kind of stuff that catch a predator is about and I'm really glad to see you guys talking about it and calling sickos out the way that you did today. It's just refreshing to know not everyone is a pile of poop and actually understands the gravity that being sexually involved with minors holds for the minors themselves. Although it's been 7 years since I was in that situation (I'm 21 now), it's still something that impacts me greatly and that truly affected the course my life and the person that I've become. So, thank you for voicing your disgust as cis men, because no matter what I say I don't feel like it will have as much impact to people like them, since "I don't know what I'm talking about because I don't know what it's like to have testosterone" or whatever lol (yes this is something I've been told before while discussing this topic). I’m a victim of child sexual assault. A lot of people who went through the same situation as I did say they are “survivors”. I wouldn’t say I’m a survivor. I was 9 years old and I was sexually abused by my uncle. I’m now nearly 30. The reason I wouldn’t say I’m a survivor is because the trauma had stayed with me my whole life and had caused me to have several mental health issues such as depression, trust issues, bipolar and schizophrenia. I never received counselling after it happened and it’s messed me up. I keep things bottled up, I can’t show emotions or really feel anything if I’m honest. I didn’t survive, I just existed afterwards.

I think this guy was on a going to prison speedrun, and Chris was ruining his time!

7:34 out of context, when Chris starts saying these things, it sounds like he is awkwardly and aggressively flirting with the predators.

I love the passion you guys have. These guys should get more time that's for sure! When they get out, they'll just do it to someone else...

I dont understand why "attempted" anything should give you a lesser punishment.
    It's just rewarding failure.
