I like the way the story gets told by the camera, and what it captures. I so enjoy telling the story through my body, and not words. These videos need no translation, they can be watched on mute. A good beginning, a middle, and a great ending is a fine blueprint. Always leave the viewers wanting to see more. Your creative aspects are fun, and rare to find. Talent and genius, the rarest combination, has no competition. as always, quiet enjoyable
Go Batman, I'm very touched by your impressions and your complimenting of my videos. Thank you so much. ☺️ Also, I totally understand what you mean by how your body conveys a story in your videos. Here's to the constellation of the imagination! 🌌
To totally agree with @GoBatman98. I love you tell a story without words but with visuals but I feel that the person watching it can tell their story but from their prospective. I love the sound the lights. It feels magical. I love your journey and your adventure. I do crave for more.
Very true, thank you. 🙂 A human being naturally will perceive images through his/her/their own lens, narratives, experiences. All interpretations of this video and of every artwork (in every medium) that has ever existed are correct because art is subjective. Thus, I welcome and enjoy all interpretations of this video and of every video (and poem and short story) that I create.
A nice Chinese takeaway is the perfect remedy after a pesky alien abduction 😁 It's really uncanny how the logo reflected on the ground looks like a flying saucer 🛸 Someone get Maulder and Scully on the case 😅 But in all seriousness, you've shot a very charming and wonderful video and to reiterate what @GoBatman98 and @ninfilms have perfectly said, the footage creates a visual story that has a beginning, middle and end all laid out for the viewer. I love it. The best kind of story is one that can be told so clearly on camera without dozens of words weighing it down. Bravissimo ☺️💖
😂 Wayyy better than the spinning record idea of the short. I like the thought of Special Agents Mulder and Scully on the case.🛸 Cue The X-Files theme music. 🎶👽🎶 If I hadn't seen David Duchovny in the 👠 Diaries movie, I may never have taken co-workers up on the suggestion to watch The X-Files. Thank you. All of these comments about the visual story captured, are humbling. I don't feel I deserve the praise, though. After recording a portrait of The Iron Monkey's skeleton, I stumbled upon the dim sum resto en route to the waterfront. I suppose a beginning, middle & end happened organically. I watched the video again but didn't see the structure. I'm dumbfounded. Lots more for me to learn about video-making, in time. Much gratitude ☺️💖
@gabrielapaulinho1luv Yes, the UFO motif is definitely a happy accident 😄 as for the spinning record idea, that could happen down the line. You never know 😉 The investigation of alien activity would make for a very unforgettable and unusual episode of The X-Files. It would fit right at home alongside The X-Files: Resist or Serve, which was a survival horror videogame on the PS2 that copied the gameplay of Resident Evil and had you playing as either Maulder or Scully as you fight against zombies that were created by cosmic galactic radiation. It was very strange to say the least, lol As for the Red Shoe Diaries, I'll have to check that out. Have you ever seen The Rapture starring Mimi Rogers and David Duchovny, it's such a haunting and incredible film. You're welcome 🤗 and it's interesting how organically the structure came to be. And making videos is definitely all about living and learning, I look forward to seeing more as always. 😊💖
@@PhilBrocklehurst Aaaand the TH-cam algorithms have struck again.🙄 Just seeing your reply now -- thank you. I'll trust that the record will come spinning in my path in due time. 😉❤ No, I've never seen The Rapture. How could I miss that one, as much as I like David Duchovny and Mimi Rogers? Now from you I'm learning that "The X-Files" wasn't the first time that they worked together. I'm adding The Rapture to my must-watch film list; I'll let the plot be a surprise, though the title (especially with the article preceding "Rapture") gives me a clue. Thank you for asking whether I'd seen the movie. A decade before Mimi co-starred in the first Austin Powers movie, she portrayed the lead in Someone to Watch Over Me, co-starring Tom Berenger. I love that movie, not just for the theme song. Have you seen that film? Lots of action shots in it, and the play of darkness and light makes it feel like neonoir. Interesting musical tidbit that ties the Austin Powers film franchise to the first Red Shoe Diaries movie (R.I.P. Zalman King) and its equally soft-p sequels (all filmed with panache): George S. Clinton. I've long appreciated Clinton for his use of Quincy Jones' "Soul Bossa Nova" (1962) for the catchy Austin Powers theme song. Clinton's bold music is integral to the 👠 Diaries films. Those films are as far away from Hans Christian Andersen's The Red Shoes as can be. Then again, temptation is in the mix. In the '90s the joke was on me when I sought out the video for the 👠 Diaries, believing the movie to be a cool update to Andersen's fairytale. Uh, no. But cool, yes. 💃🏻😊 There's that phrase again, and it's so true: Live and learn. Yes, I shouldn't be hard on myself, and I need to stop thinking: "I'll get there." There where? Like a long-distance train ride, the journey is essential and fun. 🛤 Merci beaucoup et bonne journée. ☺️💖
@@gabrielapaulinho1luv Lol, nothing surprising there with TH-cam. It really needs to change its record and fix the algorithm. But pigs will probably learn the gift of flight before that day finally becomes a reality 🤣 Definitely, the record will come spinning right round for you to record on camera 😉👍🏻 I'm sure of it. You're in for a treat with The Rapture. It's one that you'll remember long after seeing it. I guarantee. The same director also made a rather interesting comedy in 1994 called The New Age starring Peter Weller, Judy Davis and Adam West. It's about a wealthy couple in L.A. who dabble in new age remedies in a desperate attempt to find spiritual enlightenment and meaning in their materialistic lives after they lose their jobs. Pretty good satire. And I've definitely seen Someone To Watch Over Me. Being a Ridley Scott fan, I had to 😄 it's a really solid thriller with plenty of action and strong chemistry between Tom Berenger and Mimi Rogers. It was the second film I ever saw her in, the first being Austin Powers, and she certainly left a strong impression. Quincy Jones was a master of his craft and produced so many timeless classics. And the Soul Bossa Nova is one of them. It's so cool that Austin Powers immortalised that song for a new generation. Very groovy indeed 😀 And oh yes, The Red Shoe Diaries is not quite the Hans Christian Anderson tale at all. Much like how Tinto Brass' Caligula isn't your average historical movie 😁 So true, although we always say we're going to get there. We have to stop and remember that the journey is the important and fun part 🛤️✨ De rien et bonne journée 😊💖
@PhilBrocklehurst Bonjour🌞 Oh yes: 🪽🐷🪽 😂 I hope that I see the big record spinning ahead so that I don't get sliced up like deli meat. 💿💨 👀 🤣 I can't wait to see The Rapture. That day is near. Agree 💯 about the chemistry between Tom Berenger and Mimi Rogers. I'm glad she didn't get the role in Body Heat. That neonoir had Kathleen Turner all ... over ... it. ❤️🔥 I remember the older "kids" in high school talking way above my head about that Caligula film. What did I know? The way my classmates were snickering, I tried to guess -- unfortunately, out loud -- whether it was a comedy about Julius Caesar. Many years later, when I was an adult, someone described the contents of a trough in that Caligula movie, and I needed an empty pail in that moment. By the time I was seeing arthouse films in the city (Manhattan), I never came across Tinto Brass' Caligula. It's on my film list, but I doubt that I'll ever get to see it (e.g., OOP). 😞 Always about the journey. Always. Thank you, and I wish you a pleasant Sunday. December is here. 😊💖

Season's Greetings! Thank you, cheers!😀
Alien abductions do make me hungry, definetly would order me up some pumpkin pie 😄 Looks great Gabriela.
