@@glennwillow5124 I really appreciate this your cover since, as I said, you elaborated it very much. I had bought a couple of songbooks of Gordon Lightfoot, many years ago, with both piano and guitar scores and, if I remember correctly, "The Way I Feel" was the only Lightfoot's song that a was a 2-chord song.; so your really raised the bar and I like your arrangement very much.
Regarding the fingerpicking chart, I'm using, from quite a long time, "TablEdit" for Guitar, Pedal Steel Guitar and Ukulele, which allows you to transcribe both the Score and Tablature for many instruments.
      Thanks again, Glenn

Glenn - thanks very much for this video - your performance of this great Gordon Lightfoot song - one of my favourites of his - is excellent and your replication of his recording is spot on. Your explanation of how to play this is first class. I'm not a great finger picker but your video has inspired me to put in some work to get better at it. Great job and thanks again.

Wow! That was a super tune and a fantastic tutorial Glenn. I'm sure it was a fair amount of work to deconstruct the tune to figure our the individual notes you needed to accentuate to replicate the original rendition but the work to put together the multiple camera angles and detailed fingering and plucking in the tutorial must have been a ton of work! Thanks for sharing this soulful classic tune with us. Really enjoy all the Lightfoot tunes. Have you ever done Don Quixote?

Hi Jim! Thanks so much for your thoughtful comments! Yes, this is a big effort, but I know that this kind of work makes the video a better teaching tool. I'd like to be as helpful as I can. I have not recorded Gord's song, "Don Quixote." Maybe I should? Stay safe out there Jim! - Glenn

I use a Double Drop D tuning with this…. Both E strings tuned down to D. The chords you use here are really nice…. Gonna steal them for my own version. The song is “Modal” which means there is no Third. Which means you don’t have that “F” note or “F#’ in the D.
