@@CARPital obviously that is not the case right now. and as of right now the situation we are in is the fact that people are aware of this and deliberately tipping poorly even when they have the means to tip fairly. we pay about 10 percent of all sales we make. i understand your concern for the bigger picture and changing the law for employers changing the wages but as of right now, the problem is the customers that knowingly tip less. what you are suggesting takes a LOT of time, organization, planning, court dates, government approval, etc etc. but clearly that is a problem too of course. just is a bit frustrating to hear people suggesting national change overnight to one person that is struggling to make ends meet because of negligent customers.

Online poker software is set to put you on tilt via algorithm, and how much you deposit. You need to be wealthy to last on it or it's going to steal all your money, period. That's why you always see the same people in all of the decent pay-out tournaments winning them consistently. Because they can afford to keep on trying those tournaments over and over with no financial loss that will actually hurt them in life. I've been on pokerstars now for 17 years and it is ALWAYS the exact same rich people doing the big winning. Stay away from online poker software, you absolutely will go broke, no matter your skill level.
