Hi Phil. Thanks for this video. Interesting idea to repackage the meals - where did you get the bag you are rehydrating the meals in? I've never thought of taking 2 different stoves - is this to avoid having to go off trail seeking meths? (or are you & Aaron drinking the meths anyway?).
The bag with talc is another great idea - you really are cooking on gas in this video!

Thanks a lot & no to drinking meths that made me chuckle. The vacuum sealer came from Ali express with about 10 bags for roughly £17 .
The talc bag is an idea I used to use in the regiment & as for two stoves we just thought it would be different on along a thru hike & sick of listening to gas when it’s nice to watch the flames when relaxing
Back on track with the bags like I said in the vid the other packaging cut through my bag liner so I’d thought id try a different set up.

Great video, some fantastic tips there . What sleeping bag is it?
The sleeper bag is the ice flames you can get this off AliExpress and they are super lightweight and warm it took me time to switch to a quilt but this is still great for 3 seasons.
Looks like a good tent the Gossamer. Good luck with the hike.
