"Saved by Hmong Culture!" I bet you never thought this would come from me, ;). Look, the marriage was so close to doom - cheating, physical abuse, complete ignorance of decency for years. The only thing hold it together was that the Hmong culture imprisoned the wife to stay. But miracles do happen on May's Channel, and this man realized what fool and a jerk he had been. So, he thought and thought and got pass the awkwardness and started to feel real love. How about that! When you give love a chance, you feel it! It is good because we can learn, change, and start anew. But don't get the wrong idea, the culture was not nice to both of them - Submission for her and Dominant for him, but both had no understanding or control.
