This presentation is a portion of a April 21, 2021 "MMN - Marketplace Ministries Event" when our focus was on the topic of Customer Service Excellence. The event featured an outstanding business panel who brought their individual and organizational experiences and wisdom into our discussion.
Randy Wolgemuth - Randy is a John Maxwell Certified Coach and active business owner and a serial entrepreneur. He’s the National Director for Christian Business Ministries Canada (CBMC), Randy enjoys connecting with business people from across the country.
Tony Webbink - Tony currently serves as both Ministry Ambassador in Alberta and British Columbia for In Touch Ministries of Canada (Dr. Charles Stanley), and Regional Director for the Canadian Christian Business Federation (CCBF). He’s been active in the area of faith development, church engagement, pastoral care, and global relief and development for several ministry-focused organizations. Tony’s desire is to always be available wherever God leads, to do ministry intentionally, share Jesus, further Christian unity, and glorify God through the work he does.
Jordan Seitz - Jordan leads Team Seitz Urban Life YEGPro Realty based in Edmonton where he works closely with both his father and father-in-law. Jordan was born and raised in the Edmonton area. After high school, he spent several years working in the trucking industry and even operated his own trucking company. He attended The King’s University in Edmonton, earning his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Leder School of Business.
ALSO, seen in the video are Pete Peters, Director Member Experience with Christian Credit Union, and Dr. Gord Preston, Associate Professor, Leder School of Business at The King’s University in Edmonton. It's been great to have excellent working relationships and friendships with these individuals as well as with the organizations they represent.
