Danya at 1100 elo: "Our opponent plays the philidor defense, already a mistake. Here's a 15 move line of perfect engine moves to punish it."
Danya at 2400 elo: "We could equalize with c6, but let's play this other line that's more fun."

You’ve given countless hours of top tier chess lessons and content for free. Absolutely nothing to be sorry for. 50 years ago people would’ve paid and arm and a leg for access to your level of explanation and we all get it for absolutely nothing. Your videos helped me gain so much rating. With that being said, you’ve made an enormous amount of content so far. Your channel is a gold mine and if you need to take a break and focus on life then do that brodie. More than enough content for people to watch. Didn’t you write a book when you were like 10 or something lol you’ve been working hard for a long time 😂 take some time off and pursue some other stuff if you want. Sometimes a break can lead to future growth when you go back to a former passion. I know that always happens when I stop making music for an extended period of time. Hope whatever you decide to do gives you happiness man

@@atefhmematef5946hard work lmao chess is a game like any other wana get good? Get your hands as dirty as possible and start training most if not all games below 2000 are decided by tactics so just get real good at those get a solid opening repertuare and bit of positional understanding tactics is mainly calculation and patter reckognition so just train those and get as systematic and technical with those as possible

THANK YOU DANYA ❤ This is the best game of all speedrun games ever so far, just by the fact that you are playing against such strong players. It might not be very instructive for the lower rated lads but this is the exact type of content that there isn’t enough of out there.

This was absolutely my favorite speedrun game so far. These 2400 opponents that I get matched with from time to time seem absolutely unstoppable. It’s amazing to see how you are able to apply enough pressure to make them crumble. A lot of lessons to be learned here for sure.

Those who have followed you over the years aren’t here for the quantity of your content, we are here for its quality. You’re easily the best teacher on the net, so I think I speak for all of us when I say that your corpus of content as it stands could be studied for years even if you produced nothing more, and that we would all rather you take a break when you need to than feel you have to churn out content for fear of losing your audience. That ain’t going to happen, ever. I noticed watching Pogchamps the other day that you looked exhausted, and you should definitely take a break that’s as long as you need for your well being Danya. Like our interest in this most elegant of games itself we are all here for you and for the long haul. Thank you for another amazing analysis, but please take care mate.

Most of the comments have been good, but a couple are stupid. So I thought I'd put in my own 2 cents Daniel. I think your youtube channel is amazing. I only got back into chess in the last half year, and I discovered your channel 2-3 months ago at the most. You're definitely my favorite overall of the youtubers I've checked out.
I love the instructional value. The most fun are of course the speed runs. I started with most current and have been moving backward. I'm current on the most recent of course, and have checked out all of the one prior to that. I'm getting towards halfway through the speedrun before that. I'm loving it all. I've checked out some of the other stuff on your channel, and will do more as I go. I do tend to stay away from blitz, both my own play and others playing it, but I'm sure I'll check out some of yours eventually.
Keep up the great work, and take as much time off as you ever need. Screw anybody who says differently. The only counter thing would be if you can't afford rent and this would jeopardize that. Somehow I don't think that's your situation. :)

Can relate....I work in the music biz and suffered it about a dozen years into my career. Took a few years to learn something new and complicated, and instead of it leading to a new career for me, it actually solidified my passion for working in music and I kept going with the music.
Reason I mention it is seeing similar passion in both chess and music....they are somewhat related....both are very harmonious and use tempos.

@1:05:30 the e5 knight a d the g4 pawn have a symbiotic relationship! Knight keeps the pawn safe, a d the pawn prevents the knight from being traded off on f3. Totally nerded out on that relationship.

Take your time danya, we are not in a rush to watch your speedrun videos, if anything well have more time to reflect on your games and analysis. Thanks again for your help to other chess players ❤
