See below, taken from the guardian, 5th November 2000: Then he started running unlicensed boxing matches and, when the British Boxing Board of Control refused to grant him a licence, set up his own rival National Boxing Council till the BBBC caved in. Mickey Duff and the cartel that then ran British boxing tried to squeeze him out, by booking all the dates at all the boxing venues, but he sued them for restraint of trade and won.
Your wrong about the being no reason for terry marsh shooting frank , frank blew terry up about terry hiding the fact that he suffered from epilepsy making terry to end his great boxing career by having to come clean & forced him into retirement as I remember it
