Our #FridaysFromTheFloor series comes to an end with Rabia Babar, our project lead for the new Apparel plant.
A passionate mechanical engineer and a dedicated mother, Rabia’s journey inspires us all as she defies stereotypes in non-traditional #STEM roles, proving that gender is no obstacle to success.
It truly takes a village to get things done, so we are playing our part to support Rabia with Interloop Daycare and family-friendly policies, and are thrilled to watch her grow.
