Around 12:15 you swing 5k and he counters with a 2k and you say okay that’s information, we need to take notes on that. What exactly do you do with that information? You know he has no 1k’s in hand, but how does that affect your following plays?
Its information because if he gives me a 2k counter for a 5k attack, then I don't have to commit any don onto my characters to pressure his life. All I have to do is swing with no Don, and he is either giving me a 2k or taking a life. With that information, I can then use my don for playing cards from hand to field, instead of using the don to attach it for swinging heavier.
The attack at 13:50 doesn’t get rid of any cards in hand. He takes a life meaning he gains a card, then he trashes a card for Enel’s effect, meaning he breaks even. He didn’t lose any cards out of hand from that attack. All that happened was you gave him an extra chance at a trigger for no real reason.
Enel player doesn’t know this matchup at all and it’s the only reason your strat worked tbh. Flampe on curve is so awful against RP Law since it lets them pressure earlier. If he just starves and plays for Gedatsu like he’s supposed to big cards come down hard on your board.
@@mariosplaysszz6261 I can maybe get behind it if he had no Gedatsu? And then you just play for Yama, but after I saw the Flampe I just skipped through.
13:38 - That logic doesn't really track. You gave him free card selection and potentially a trigger. He doesn't have to draw/discard, he GETS to draw/discard. Gets rid of the least useful card in hand (spare Enel) for something else.
Tips for the enel: dont swing at life vs law unless you already played yamato, you want to starve rp law and then let him take all his life in the endgame
Good video but playing 5c or less blockers before life swings at low life into enel is very risky. You should absolutely sequence as many swings at life as possible before playing kidd to avoid onami trigger
Shuraiya's card ability reads "until the start of my next turn". So all thru my opponents turn, shuraiya's base power is the same as my opponent's leader
Did enel summon kata for 7 don
He indeed did... I didn't notice it in the game, shame on me.

@@RuiNevesdaSilvaCastillero how do you use that info about their hand?

@@brownwoodzTCG but isn’t that exactly what you would have done anyway?
Can I get the link for the law playmate
I got it locally on OfferUp !
Nice mat bro! Where did you get it?
I copped it off someone. I got my own mat merch in the making tho bro, stay tuned, dropping some heat soon

The decklist is in the video description bro!
@@brownwoodzTCGthank you 😊
Great video again! I see you're running Ains now!
Yessirrr thanks! Yup, Ains up until they all get replaced by Mr 2. Still hunting those down lol

yeah in hindsight, that swing wasn't necessary. I might have hit a trigger that could've been really bad if I had no means of removing it.
Now that I think about it, when you attacked with Chopper, wouldnt his Enel have been 1k because of choppers on attack effect? Thats even more crazy.
Chopper needs 2 don on him to activate the effect of -3000
no it wouldn't, it requires 2 don to activate
Did you tell the Enel player uses iligal don? Or is your locals fine with that?
Yup, our local shop is chill about it
Still playing ain in eb01?
Ain is really good still. I just haven't gotten my playset of Bon Clays yet, so Ain is holding that spot still
No bonclay?
I only have 2 copies so far, still hunting them down
@brownwoodzTCG I only own 3 myself. Borrowing 2 though. So luckily I have a playset atm
Bro you got some of the best RP law tips
Thanks Bro! I have been playing this for a good while, even when RP law was bad, I still got hella dubs. So I know the ins and outs by now haha.

Agreed. When I saw Enel swinging for 8K I just paused the video I was like I’m out lol buddy prob doesn’t know the matchup that well yet.
Yeah when I play as Enel into RP law, I dont swing into life until I can get my gedatsu and Yamato KO's. He was playing pretty unconventionally.

@@brownwoodzTCG just say that he was bad...
You forget this enels strat was probably rush enel turn 4 but failed
When he played the 8c kata he only had 7 don left after using amaru to rest chopper.
I was thinking the same thing 😂
Thats crazy lmao, I just noticed that. Good eye, he got my ass

i swear if need have a rusher in hand
why just 1 bonchan? nice video!
1 for now because I am still hunting them down lol. Eventually I will replace the Ains with Bon Chans
love the gameplay but please tap your DON fully ( 90° ). My inner Adrian Monk is not happy with that XD
LMAO. I hit the 45 degree tilt on my don like Brook. leave me alone lol

Eh pretty much but this just means more law players just play 1 cost Sanji
@@tyresewallace9146 It doesn't change much imo
I agree, force RP law to take his own life with sanji. And if he doesnt run it, its a hard af game for him if you starve and keep at 4 life.
@@brownwoodzTCG I thought he meant the 1cost 3k sanji lol, yeah 2 cost sanji Is a good counterplay to Enel stall

Great point, I never thought about that. I'll add it to my bag of tricks. thanks !
Btw...rested shuraya when is attacked by enything...is 4k...hes not blosking so hes effect dont work...so 2x 2k would not work against 8k attack
