​@@matthewhughes2866​its for mana efficiency using bottle, magic stick, and arcane boots. Lower intelligence = lower mana, so if you use those items your mana bar will fill up more.
Example your mana with the items is 300 and the arcane boots if used will fill up 175 mana then you have 0 mana left so if you use the arcane boots you'll only get 175/300 mana but if you lower your items for example then your mana will turn 175 in this case and if you use the arcane boots you'll fill up 175 mana and then if you return the items it will turn into 300 mana again. So basically you fill up more mana
