Thank you for this playthrought! Great video 🎉 I only watched until your encounter with the poltergeist yet. But you should definitely read about the critical injury mechanic of the game 😅 (page 29 in the rulebook).
The overlays are numbered (center of overlay), and in the back of the rulebook, it shows which numbers are related to which anomalies. Depending on the scenario and how many of each anomaly are on the board, you'll randomly pick overlays of the matching type.

Yeah, I realized I forgot about it after the game, luckily, I never actually got to 0 health.
I was confused about which overlay to use for the anomalies do you just pick one or they listed somewhere which ones go with which one?
