Sonic never had a modern Hyper Sonic version. So pretty all designs related to Modern Hyper Sonic are fan-made. Some people give it purple eyes, others give it blue, yellow, cyan, etc. But the reality is that Hyper Sonic isn't canon so...

What I like about the "Sonic Must Die" mode (AKA: The Hard Mode) is that you do get a reward for beating that level of difficulty despite it being an optional challenge. I really do like that the title screen changes into a perspective that I would never see Seelkadoom do. Actually going to Sonic's beach spot and just chilling during the peaceful night time. Despite MidNightMaren saying the series will never be continued, I do see on how after the huge defeat Seelkadoom got and is given back to Eggman, I do see the potential of Seelkadoom change for the better since the chaos emeralds made him so evil and deadly in the first place. That is what happens when powerful objects are in the wrong hands. And since Sonic is nowhere in the levels of getting rid of Seelkadoom for good because it's not within his character to do that and I do like that if Seelkadoom wanted to change his ways to be a better person, I bet Sonic will be willing to be his friend despite some others (like Shadow for instance) might not see that he wanted to do better after all the damage he has done. Redemption does take effort to earn and even though I've rambled on how the story could've continued if MidNightMaren did want to continue the series, but just seeing little details such as the title screen showcasing this different side of Seelkadoom after beating the hard mode of this game.
Really late, but , yeah, I like that MidNightMaren ,and everyone who helped, made the choice to keep Seelkadoom alive at the end of the story, implying even that him relaxing at the beach st night might be "canon". Not only does it leave things open for other fan creators to use him or even make a sequel series, but it also opens things up for a potential redemption for him, or at least for him to chill the hell out. Now ,granted, this might sound really unlikely , that is until you remember that Seelkadoom is, by the end of the story, only a couple of weeks old *at best* He's a literal giant baby who just happened to be born with the intelligence of an adult and the power of a demigod even without the emeralds.

I think i will try to finish him using other drive, let me try to break it down how i see it: First off,Mighty drive,this one is for defense and healing capability, extremely useful if you want to stall for a while until you can do things like Overdrive,setting up,and when Apex seelkadoom 3 fight second phase where he drains you,the cons is that you will not have much to pay back for all the damage you have taken, it is a stalling tool and not much for fighting, though being able to set up is sort of a pay back tactic,this is why this form is extremely OP on easy mode Secondly,Knuckle drive, pure rage and attack power and Sp regen, not only can you heal more and dont newd the use of that 30% atk set up cause you have it built in to you,dish out tremendous damage when you have the overdrive ready to go,so use this form when you have what it takes to dish out or else what you get is just that Sp regen for the mean time, put that Knuckle boost to good use once you activate it right away Thirdly,Sonic drive, since the Charge mechanic is in this, and there is a move to heal 30% of hp and sp with just 30% of the sapphire, you can dish out tons of stuff before getting deck because you attack way too much :))) since on hard mode,seelkadoom moves wayyy faster, if you attack him twice in a role while he is still standing still, he will have a free hit on you once again,so use this sonic drive with caution, only use it to fill up the Sapphire gauge and to set up that 30%+ overdrive without knuckle,after that and seelkadoom turn ends, quickly heals up using your own healing method,the cons for this drive is that it is nothing but charge mindlessly,since you get nothing like increase in atk and defense,seelkadoom will end you sooner or later,keeping you alive is that 30% of sapphire that i mentioned, that is your only method of defend,i mean you can always set up that 30% defense and wait for that overdrive,but if so i would have just use the other drive and then sonic surge for that ._.,so Sonic drive makes it from " Sonic must die " to " Sonic in Hell " mode So... all of this is to say these mode must be use interchangebly,with the exception of mighty drive(though on sonic must die mode you cannnot rely on it forever anyway),using one mode only will just make the game really hard sometimes
Actually the Sonic drive is the best drive,because you get sapphire regen,which you can use to give yourself 30% hp and sp back,which you can also use for even more hp regen,AND ur chaos gauge meter fills up faster,so you can save yourself faster if things go to💩lol. Edit:I stand corrected. After ACTUALLY trying out ALL of the drives I can say this:The mighty drive has saved my $ss so,SOOO many times lol(also fun fact:You can just hold the s key while Seelkadoom's attacking you to make SURE he doesn't get another cheap shot in right away(this has ended me a few times),because it will just skip to YOUR turn instead lol)
Sad to see that his hyper form was just used as a way to hold selkadoom off until knuckles used the sapphire to take away the chaos emeralds from selkadoom. Still a great game tho
I'm pretty sure sonic's hyper form was originally used to defeat selkadoom until he was going up against selkadooms apex form then came up with the idea of holding him off while knuckles used the sapphire to stop selkadoom from using the emeralds.
Does anyone else run into the act 4 thing, where you complete the third QTE but when Seelkadoom powers down, instread of giving you the win it gives you the first QTE death?

"Sonic Must Die Resume" -Get Mighty Drive -Don t trust in health regen (is too slow for beating seelkadooms strenght and constant attacks) -Me Normally uses sonic whirlwind for attacking more constantly every time i get the chances to do it, its worth it how fast your chaos gauge fills up) -Be truly patient with last seelks fight, on the final he starts draining your sp and hp, can use hyper drive to counter this but i dont see its worth it, its preferrable to get mighty drive, normal attack constantly (to regain some sp or use restoration in replace) and wait for Offensive limit break ( you can use before the knux hit which gives you +30% damage in your next attack) I hope this helps someone who is struggling in sonic must die difficulty
you can beat every fight no matter which drive you use, though knuckle drive on stage 3 with him getting atk or speed buff is a bit more rng-reliant (mighty or sonic drive definetly the safer but slightly slower options)
@@frenz8370 Yeah, i noticed that later on, but honestly its not worth use that drives cause seelkadoom can 2hitKO you (and put this together with his high speed...), even if you use sonic drive to stall for saphire for hyper drive, you will not have enough speed to use healer before next seelks atk. About mighty drive, you can ignore it on stage 1 (its worth use this + L.S.G, literally can use this 2 times for killing him), but on stage 2-3 i tried but i dont see its worth, stage 2 you has still having low health to resist seelk power and stage 3, you maybe can, but with his atk buff, you die really quickly.
My Sonic must die strat for him in stage 3 is hyper drive + berserker (works better when he uses rain and losses his atk buff), deals really nice damage, decent cg consumption and can deal critical damge, you can use this 2 times before healing (1 if he is buff)
@OHGAS It could be, but i prefer trying to beat most of the fights without restoration, its partially useful for me, and there is other ways to restore sp (knuckle drive and even normal attack) that doesn t requires using your saphire meter for healing (also if you got hyper drive, sp its not a problem).

Hey so turns out there was a bug in the game that resets it's difficulty to normal, however its patched now. Sadly that means you'll probably have to redo this video.

He's able to destroy Selkadoom (Base) with ease, keep in mind that Base Selkadoom able to beat Super Sonic and Super Shadow AT SAME TIME, meaning, Base Selkadoom is Dark Super Sonic level

??? ??? ??? Did you mean the quality of the cutscenes? Well fangames do lack a lot of polish so the cutscenes wouldn't exactly be the highest quality in existence. The issue you most likely have is that they're based off of Sonic X, a show that is notorious for the censorship 4kids gave it in the west. Only issue I have with the scenes is the buckles on Sonic and Seelkadoom's seem to swap position every time they're shown sometimes being on the correct side of their shoes sometimes they're on the wrong side. Not sure why everyone makes that mistake.
I know it’s a few months too late but each cutscene was animated by a different person (think like those reanimated collabs you see all the time on TH-cam). Each style is based off Sonic X but the degree of them vary depending on the person. You can actually see who animated each cutscene (except for one) in the bottom right corner if you look hard enough. Ironically, the worst one (during the QTE section near the end) doesn’t have anyone credited. It also doesn’t help that for whatever reason, the quality it compressed in the game version, assumingely because of the limitations of Flash. Phase 1 was cakewalk.
Phase 3, i died once.
Phase 2, sans amount of deaths.

I think i will try to finish him using other drive, let me try to break it down how i see it:
First off,Mighty drive,this one is for defense and healing capability, extremely useful if you want to stall for a while until you can do things like Overdrive,setting up,and when Apex seelkadoom 3 fight second phase where he drains you,the cons is that you will not have much to pay back for all the damage you have taken, it is a stalling tool and not much for fighting, though being able to set up is sort of a pay back tactic,this is why this form is extremely OP on easy mode
Secondly,Knuckle drive, pure rage and attack power and Sp regen, not only can you heal more and dont newd the use of that 30% atk set up cause you have it built in to you,dish out tremendous damage when you have the overdrive ready to go,so use this form when you have what it takes to dish out or else what you get is just that Sp regen for the mean time, put that Knuckle boost to good use once you activate it right away
Thirdly,Sonic drive, since the Charge mechanic is in this, and there is a move to heal 30% of hp and sp with just 30% of the sapphire, you can dish out tons of stuff before getting deck because you attack way too much :))) since on hard mode,seelkadoom moves wayyy faster, if you attack him twice in a role while he is still standing still, he will have a free hit on you once again,so use this sonic drive with caution, only use it to fill up the Sapphire gauge and to set up that 30%+ overdrive without knuckle,after that and seelkadoom turn ends, quickly heals up using your own healing method,the cons for this drive is that it is nothing but charge mindlessly,since you get nothing like increase in atk and defense,seelkadoom will end you sooner or later,keeping you alive is that 30% of sapphire that i mentioned, that is your only method of defend,i mean you can always set up that 30% defense and wait for that overdrive,but if so i would have just use the other drive and then sonic surge for that ._.,so Sonic drive makes it from " Sonic must die " to " Sonic in Hell " mode
So... all of this is to say these mode must be use interchangebly,with the exception of mighty drive(though on sonic must die mode you cannnot rely on it forever anyway),using one mode only will just make the game really hard sometimes
Actually the Sonic drive is the best drive,because you get sapphire regen,which you can use to give yourself 30% hp and sp back,which you can also use for even more hp regen,AND ur chaos gauge meter fills up faster,so you can save yourself faster if things go to💩lol.
Edit:I stand corrected. After ACTUALLY trying out ALL of the drives I can say this:The mighty drive has saved my $ss so,SOOO many times lol(also fun fact:You can just hold the s key while Seelkadoom's attacking you to make SURE he doesn't get another cheap shot in right away(this has ended me a few times),because it will just skip to YOUR turn instead lol)

Sad to see that his hyper form was just used as a way to hold selkadoom off until knuckles used the sapphire to take away the chaos emeralds from selkadoom. Still a great game tho
I'm pretty sure sonic's hyper form was originally used to defeat selkadoom until he was going up against selkadooms apex form then came up with the idea of holding him off while knuckles used the sapphire to stop selkadoom from using the emeralds.

Does anyone else run into the act 4 thing, where you complete the third QTE but when Seelkadoom powers down, instread of giving you the win it gives you the first QTE death?

they had re-use that his voice since the original voice actor was not around. That voice line is from episode 5.

-Don t trust in health regen (is too slow for beating seelkadooms strenght and constant attacks)
-Me Normally uses sonic whirlwind for attacking more constantly every time i get the chances to do it, its worth it how fast your chaos gauge fills up)
-Be truly patient with last seelks fight, on the final he starts draining your sp and hp, can use hyper drive to counter this but i dont see its worth it, its preferrable to get mighty drive, normal attack constantly (to regain some sp or use restoration in replace) and wait for Offensive limit break ( you can use before the knux hit which gives you +30% damage in your next attack)

you can beat every fight no matter which drive you use, though knuckle drive on stage 3 with him getting atk or speed buff is a bit more rng-reliant (mighty or sonic drive definetly the safer but slightly slower options)
@@frenz8370 Yeah, i noticed that later on, but honestly its not worth use that drives cause seelkadoom can 2hitKO you (and put this together with his high speed...), even if you use sonic drive to stall for saphire for hyper drive, you will not have enough speed to use healer before next seelks atk.
About mighty drive, you can ignore it on stage 1 (its worth use this + L.S.G, literally can use this 2 times for killing him), but on stage 2-3 i tried but i dont see its worth, stage 2 you has still having low health to resist seelk power and stage 3, you maybe can, but with his atk buff, you die really quickly.
My Sonic must die strat for him in stage 3 is hyper drive + berserker (works better when he uses rain and losses his atk buff), deals really nice damage, decent cg consumption and can deal critical damge, you can use this 2 times before healing (1 if he is buff)
@OHGAS It could be, but i prefer trying to beat most of the fights without restoration, its partially useful for me, and there is other ways to restore sp (knuckle drive and even normal attack) that doesn t requires using your saphire meter for healing (also if you got hyper drive, sp its not a problem).
@Goddess Shadow Kinda, when you get the trick and are really patient, it can be more easier than stage 2 in my experience

@@_imr4inhat_305 There's a website I used to play on when I was younger called Y8 it had the older episodes there, I looked back to see if I can still play flash games and you need to download there own little flash player type thing, if they still have the episodes there you could do that, otherwise you might just have to do that to New grounds which they also have thier own flash player.

He's able to destroy Selkadoom (Base) with ease, keep in mind that Base Selkadoom able to beat Super Sonic and Super Shadow AT SAME TIME, meaning, Base Selkadoom is Dark Super Sonic level

Did you mean the quality of the cutscenes? Well fangames do lack a lot of polish so the cutscenes wouldn't exactly be the highest quality in existence.
The issue you most likely have is that they're based off of Sonic X, a show that is notorious for the censorship 4kids gave it in the west. Only issue I have with the scenes is the buckles on Sonic and Seelkadoom's seem to swap position every time they're shown sometimes being on the correct side of their shoes sometimes they're on the wrong side.
Not sure why everyone makes that mistake.

I know it’s a few months too late but each cutscene was animated by a different person (think like those reanimated collabs you see all the time on TH-cam). Each style is based off Sonic X but the degree of them vary depending on the person. You can actually see who animated each cutscene (except for one) in the bottom right corner if you look hard enough. Ironically, the worst one (during the QTE section near the end) doesn’t have anyone credited. It also doesn’t help that for whatever reason, the quality it compressed in the game version, assumingely because of the limitations of Flash. Fortunately, you can view an official upload of the cutscenes in the intended quality by the original creator in a “Director’s Cut” format (although that one scene is still very rough). th-cam.com/video/MOSrBLP1QC0/w-d-xo.html

So yeah Seelkadoom is strong, but to place his Apex form against Nazo's Ultimate form is difficult, as Seelkadoom's Apex form is already stronger then Hyper Sonic, but we don't know if it is stronger then Nazo Ultimate form because Hyper Shadic didn't happen here, if it did we could gage it between the two, or if Hyper Sonic was still somehow stronger then Apex Seelkadoom which wasn't the case.
