    Thank you, this was good. I was looking for a tower/reformer, not advanced or too difficult. This was great. The only thing I was found confusing was knowing which color springs were used on the tower other than the original long yellow for the legs. Thank you so much. I always enjoy your videos.

    That was super! I’ve never done an integrated routine like that: I thought we weren’t allowed to! 🤣 Leg springs are great for my very uneven hip strength.
