- I traveled to Phoenix, Arizona to meet up with my good friend Mark Wiens for an unparalleled 3-day food adventure! Come with us as we eat our way through Phoenix, Arizona for 72 hours! On our first day together, we kicked off our adventure with a full day of Indian food! We started The Dhaba Restaurant & Market Place. There, we had pani puri, dahi puri, chicken seekh kebabs, garlic naan, butter chicken, chicken karahi, malai kofra, and chicken biryani!

I've realized that David's gift is not necessarily the food knowledge, but rather just connecting with people. He would make a killing in sales because he can connect with complete strangers in just a few seconds. He's also a very good presenter and has a lot of enthusiasm and energy.

Damn, I just came back from Phoenix yesterday. I told my family we needed to go to the Merkin Vineyards restaurant in Scotsdale. Maynard James Keenan from Tool and A Perfect Circle is the owner. Great food and great wine if you ask me.

The potato fries with the cheese and sauce is like the Indian version of Canadian poutine. Great job editing and continuity. Is that Carlos who is going to join your team? I have a CHALLENGE FOR TOP TRAVEL FOOD TH-camRS. Devote one day of your trip in a country you are visiting eating well as a Vegan including NO DAIRY (which means no yogurt or any cheese or condensed milk or EGGS) and at least 60 percent of the food being raw salads, soups, rolls, pizzas or raw fruit desserts and raw fruit or vegetable juices, herbal teas and sea vegetables. Also, hopefully , needless to say, this challenge should include zero/NO man made so called "plant based" food made by chemically decontructing whole foods and taking out constituents and reconstructing them another way that your body can't recognize or use! In other words, find someone to show you dishes (mostly raw) made from whole foods grown in Nature that are fruits or vegetables or herbs and greens, nuts and seeds.

Biryani is made using the draining method of cooking, whereas pulao is made through the absorption method. The spices used in biryani is different as compared to pulao. Biryani has more texture and aroma, while pulao is less flavourful and spicy.

Mfs don’t know how to fast…. That’s the key to indulging in food and not being overweight. That or working out crazy. I’m 6’4 190 and I haven’t worked out other than me working a physical labor job (obviously that helps) in 5 years . Learn to control hunger, eat an apple , DRINK WATER. Drinks and condiments are the downfall to your weight gain

I know I am so amazed how you both eat so extravagantly and continuously for each & every video in each and every city you visit ; meanwhile you both are so amazingly healthy and lean. On a side note being from that region of the world , I have to say that Mark has finessed the art of eating with his hand as he uses just the tip of his five fingers (25% of his hand) , while you D, use the equivalent of 50% of your hand to the point that your palm is drenched in oil/sauce. Please don’t get me wrong : I have the utmost respect for your passion and zeal for the delicious food , however I have to insist that you have not yet perfected the art of eating with your hand. Forgive me : I mean no disrespect, I just wanted to make that notation in case no one else had brought it to your attention . In no means do I intend to disparage you, from a perspective of a native : I only wish to ameliorate your magnificence
