wanna know something I don't understand? How do they end up giving Joe such easy punishments? The best punishments for Joe have to involve physical movement and no clothes. I'd say something like having him run long distance(such as a marathon) in nothing but his underwear. You hit both insecurities, his body and the shape he's in.
